Part Machining services on CNC Machines.
Turning services provided on Hitachi Seiki 4NE 600 with 22" swing and
24" turning length. Milling services provided on a Hyundai-Kia
VX400, 31.5" x 18.1" x 20.5" machining envelope. If you have a part you want
to run in your shop, CNC Resources can Plan, Program, Build the tooling,
and run the first part for geometry verification and First Article
approval. Upon completion, if desired, CNC Resources would come into
your shop and assist operators in setup and production of the in-shop
First Article Part. Part programs would be re-posted to control of
choice.
